Our Story
Something magical happened to our species, a long, long, time ago. In an age before recording, our ancestors looked in wonder up at the stars, and they dreamed of all the things that could be. They stared in awe at the trillions of shining lights, and in that moment, the infinity above sparked a flame within them. And thus, the Flame of Creation was born.
Since then, it has been handed down from generation to generation, each tending to it in their own way. What started out as the first cave painting, was, over thousands of lifetimes refined, expanded and explored.
We cared for our inherited Flame for over one hundred thousand years, and it grew ever more powerful. Grand symphonies were written, eye watering frescos marked our great buildings, breathtaking architecture, poetry, theatre, perfumery, the list is endless.
Of all the beasts that stalked our world, the Flame granted us, alone, the ability to share our love, passions, dreams and hope, in these unique forms of artistic expression.
Here at Dreamfyre Apothecary, we believe art should be made by humans, for humans. We swear an oath, with respect to all who carried the Flame before us, to fulfill our duty as caretakers of the Flame of Creation. Here within these walls, we vow to protect it, nurture it, cherish it, and selflessly pass it down so that the souls that walk in our footsteps may look up in awe at the infinite cosmos above and dream, long after we are gone.
