Final Sale

All sales of Dreamfyre Apothecary products are final. Perfumes fall under the category of sealed cosmetic and hygiene products that cannot be returned once dispatched. Refunds and/or returns are for defective or damaged products only and are subject to approval.

Personal taste in fragrances do not constitute a defective product. We offer Discovery Sets to sample the fragrances before purchasing a full size bottle.

Refund Policy

Dreamfyre Apothecary is not responsible for errors made by the customer during the transaction, including but not limited to: incorrect recipient name, mailing address, city, post code, state, or missing apartment/suite numbers. The customer takes full responsibility for UPS/USPS returning the package if the name on the package does not match the legal address requirements for delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to address damage incurred during the shipping process directly with the shipping provider. The customer assumes all responsibility for lost or stolen packages. 

Refunds issued to a credit card will be credited to your account in accordance with the customer's banking terms and conditions. Dreamfyre Apothecary does not assume responsibility for the timing. If another payment method was used, please reach out to that payment provider or financial institution for more information.

Refunds will only be issued in the same form as was used for payment or as store credit, when applicable.

Return Policy

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please provide your order number, description of the item, and photos and/or videos of the damage or defect.

Products approved for return must be delivered to Dreamfyre Apothecary within 25 days of delivery using a mailing method that allows for shipment tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for costs associated with return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer expressly accepts responsibility in the event that returned packages are damaged, lost, stolen, or mishandled. 

Any items deemed used, tampered with, or unfit for resale will not be approved for a refund.

The customer assumes all responsibility after delivery of the order, including but not limited to damage or defects caused by intentional or unintentional misuse or handling. The customer assumes full responsibility of any household members, pets, children, friends, colleagues, or persons related to the event. 

Terms and Conditions

Purchasing from Dreamfyre Apothecary LLC automatically signifies your acceptance of our Return and Refund Policy. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Your purchase serves as confirmation that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies in place at the time of the transactions. By voluntarily completing a transaction, your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is automatic, even if you do not explicitly acknowledge them.

By completing a purchase, you explicitly and implicitly confirm that all product descriptions and images accurately represent the items sold by Dreamfyre Apothecary. You waive the right to dispute or reject these terms retroactively. 

All relevant ingredient and allergen information is provided on each product page. It is the customer's responsibility to review this information prior to purchase. If you have allergy concerns, do not purchase the product. You accept all responsibility for medical and/or health concerns related to Dreamfyre Apothecary products. Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges for allergy concerns are not accepted. Dreamfyre Apothecary is indemnified from any physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual reactions from customer's use of products.

Chargeback and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback under false claims constitutes chargeback fraud. Dreamfyre Apothecary reserves the right to pursue legal action if a chargeback is filed under false pretenses or misleading claims.

The customer takes full responsibility of charges made through their financial institution. Credit card usage from children, friends, or extended family is not considered unauthorized. The customer waives all rights to file a "Product Not Received" chargeback in case of incorrect address, missed delivery, customer unable to pick up, package returned to sender, lost package, or delayed package. 

Modifications to Terms

Dreamfyre Apothecary reserves the right to update or modify the Return and Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
